Use Workday to Complete Your Benefits Enrollment

Get started with enrollment by following a few simple steps.

Enroll Through Workday

Getting started with enrollment in these simple steps:

  1. Log into workday.gfs.com using your user id and password. Also available in the workday mobile app.
  2. Go to your email inbox and locate the open enrollment change event.
  3. Select ‘Let’s Get Started.’

Important: If you do not use your user id login regularly your password may have expired. Go to identity.gfs.com BEFORE signing into Workday to verify your password is accurate. If you cannot sign into Identity Management, click the “forgot password” button and answer the challenge questions for a new password. If your password has expired, you will be prompted to change it.

iPhone Users

Download from the Apple App Store.

Android Users

Download from the Google Play Store.

Installation Instructions

Complete open enrollment using the Workday mobile app on your smartphone.

Installing the Workday mobile app from your mobile device:

  1. For the iPhone, tap the App Store icon. For Android, tap the Play Store icon.
  2. Tap Search and enter “Workday” then select Workday from the search results.
  3. Tap Free or Install to install the app. For Android, you will need to tap Accept to the items Workday is requiring access to. Once the app is downloaded, the button name changes to Open.
  4. Tap Open. The Workday app will open, then tap the gear icon to display the Settings window or click log in.
  5. Enter or scan your Organization ID — gfs
  6. For iPhone, tap Save. For Android, tap the Back Arrow on the bottom dashboard. The login window for SSO displays.
  7. Enter your user id and password. You will be required to go through Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) then tap Submit to log into Workday.
  8. If asked to create a PIN, follow the directions as indicated, or skip if desired. You will be taken to the Workday home page.
