The funds in this account are taxed when they are used, and can be used for a variety of different personal wellness expenses (list of eligible expenses can be found here).
Funds never expire while you’re an employee at GFS.
Don’t forget, the tax does not come off at the beginning of the year like it did previously. It comes off when the credits are actually used.

Don't Forget Your Dependents!

Make sure when you add a new dependent, that you check off the box next to their name to make sure that they will be attached to your plan.

Take the time and gather information on how much you and your family usually spend throughout the year for each benefit plan.
Review spousal coverage and see if you should coordinate your benefits with option 2
