Depuis 1960, le programme refl\u00e8te les valeurs de notre entreprise et l\u2019engagement de la famille Gordon envers ses employ\u00e9s. Le montant vers\u00e9 annuellement est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par le conseil d\u2019administration et d\u00e9pend des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019entreprise. Pour ce faire, vous devrez vous connecter \u00e0 Workday et indiquer si vous souhaitez recevoir votre participation aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices en argent ou si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez qu\u2019elle soit d\u00e9pos\u00e9e dans votre compte d\u2019\u00e9pargne-retraite de Manuvie.
