\u00a0De nombreux postes sont admissibles \u00e0 une augmentation annuelle au m\u00e9rite \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de l\u2019entreprise. Les augmentations de salaire (si elles sont approuv\u00e9es) prennent effet la premi\u00e8re semaine de chaque ann\u00e9e civile et sont appliqu\u00e9es sur la paie correspondante, en fonction de la masse salariale. La plupart des postes professionnels et de direction sont admissibles \u00e0 une prime annuelle \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de l\u2019entreprise. Les primes annuelles pour les employ\u00e9s admissibles sont calcul\u00e9es sur la base des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019exercice financier et sont pay\u00e9es au d\u00e9but du mois de d\u00e9cembre si elles sont approuv\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de haute direction de l\u2019entreprise. Les employ\u00e9s embauch\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du quatri\u00e8me trimestre financier (fin juillet\/d\u00e9but ao\u00fbt) ne seront admissibles \u00e0 une prime qu\u2019\u00e0 partir de l\u2019exercice suivant.
